Privacy Policy

This policy applies to White Habit Counter and related support channels operated by WELL PODIATRY LTD.

Overview

This Privacy Policy applies to the White Habit Counter application and related services provided by WELL PODIATRY LTD (the “Service Provider”).

Information the Application obtains

The Application is designed for straightforward routine tracking and does not require account creation for normal use. It does not intentionally collect personal information through standard use. If network services are involved, limited technical data such as an IP address may be processed temporarily to deliver connectivity, but it is not used to build a personal profile.

How information may be used

If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email or another direct channel, the information you provide may be used only to respond to your request, provide support, improve service quality, or comply with legal obligations.

Location information

The Application does not request or collect precise location information from your device.

Third-party access

The Service Provider does not sell personal information. Because the Application does not collect personal information as part of normal operation, there is generally no personal information to disclose to third parties except where disclosure is required by law or where you have directly contacted the Service Provider and follow-up is necessary.

Children

The Application is not directed to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact ainsleegroveose@gmail.com so appropriate action can be taken.

Security

The Service Provider applies reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect any information that may be received through direct communication channels. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Data Retention

The Application itself is not intended to retain personal information from normal use. If you contact the Service Provider directly, any information you provide may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain a limited support history, satisfy legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

Data Deletion

If you have provided information directly and would like it deleted, you may request deletion by emailing ainsleegroveose@gmail.com. The Service Provider will review and process requests in accordance with applicable law and any required record-keeping duties.

Opt-out rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. Because the Application does not rely on persistent personal accounts for normal use, uninstalling is usually sufficient to end further app-based interaction.

Changes to this policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

This policy is effective as of 2026-07-08.
